Take Action through Researching

Are you a student or scientist interested in learning more about a species and its environment? Wildlife conservation projects all around the world are searching for volunteers to lend a hand in helping them better understand how to save their species of concern. Some projects earn grants to fund research while others require incoming researchers to secure their own funding. Regardless helping projects with research is an incredible chance to contribute while also building a jealousy inducing resume!

Not in a position to travel for research? Help out with Citizen Science projects in your own back yard. This can be as simple as using a smart phone app to log plants or animals you see. Help plant trees in your neighborhood. Remove invasive plants from a local park. You can make a difference and log data to make a difference in you community as well as with environmental research.
