About Conservation Action

Conservation Action is the culmination of notes taken at conferences and interviews with conservationists over several years. This website serves to educate visitors about the inspiring work being done through conservation projects around the world, and to show how even the smallest of actions can help make those projects a success.

The most important actions anyone can take to help support conservation projects is to learn about them and share that knowledge with others! Please visit the forum, share on social media, and email feedback to make the biggest impact possible with this website and your actions!

About Morgan and Project Dragonfly

Morgan Lantz is a project coordinator residing in the Chicago area with her standard poodle, cat, and bearded dragon. Her lifelong passion for wildlife led her to traveling Australia to work with zoos, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and conservation projects. Those experiences inspired Morgan to become certified in Project Management and pursue a career helping make wildlife conservation projects the most effective they can be! This website is part of that journey in learning what makes a project a success and how we can all get involved.

Conservation Action was created to fulfill an assignment in the Project Dragonfly course Biology in the Age of Technology. This Master's program is through a collaboration with Miami University and conservation institutions around the country.
